Kopčianka
A Unified Vision for
Urban Living
OVERVIEW
While working at Codes Brand House, I collaborated with my colleagues on
the Kopčianka project for Metrostav, one of the largest construction
companies in Slovakia. This residential development in Bratislava required
a complete brand identity and communication strategy. Our team designed
and developed the visual identity, website, and a wide range of promotional
materials. I was involved in all stages of the creative process, from initial
concept development to final delivery, ensuring a cohesive and engaging
user experience across all touchpoints.



Iconography
We created bespoke icons with the project’s brand gradient, reflecting
the residential
building and its services while seamlessly matching the overall visual
style.

Brochure Design
We created a bespoke brochure for potential apartment buyers, featuring
a custom-designed map, unique icons, mood photography, illustrations,
and a variety of
carefully crafted visual elements, all seamlessly aligned
with the project’s brand and
style.


Merchendise
We developed elegant branded merchandise for
apartment buyers to receive
upon handover,
designed to enhance their experience and bring
added delight in the
days following their move-in.


Website
The website integrated pre-existing design elements and
included all essential features for prospective buyers. During
the construction and sales phases, we regularly updated the
content and adjusted elements based on the client’s requests
to keep the site aligned with the project’s progress.
